Chalk the Walk: Write Poems for Prizes This Halloween!
We want YOU to write poems in chalk outside your house this Halloween! From October 29th-31st, we're asking that residents of Parma write poems in time for Trick-or-Treat so that families walking the neighborhood can enjoy them! Every house that sends a picture of their poem with their address will be entered into a drawing to win prizes, which include free books, gift cards from local businesses, and more! The West Side Poetry Workshop, founded in 2015, has its annual reading on November 2nd. Writers from around the city of Parma come together and share the fruits of their labors. Join us for light refreshments and fun times. We will have a raffle and free books!
